The process below is a general guideline for the custom home building process. The process will vary depending on the phase in which you partner with Sealan Homes (e.g. post-site acquisition, or seeking to purchase an existing build).

STAGE I: YOUR VISION

 

The Pre-Construction Phase at Sealan Homes is where the ideas flow and the project plan is conceived.
We support your dream by partnering with you on:

 

  • Establishing the vision for the project and your wish list

  • Acquiring the land

  • Engaging the architect and developing initial drawings

  • Building working drawings and design

  • Conducting a final budget review

  • Reviewing financing options

STAGE II: WE MAKE IT HAPPEN

 

The Construction Phase sets the project in motion and the excitement of your ideas come to life as we proceed to:  
 

  • Demolition and Excavation

  • Foundation

  • Framing and Roofing

  • Rough Ins

  • Drywall

  •  

STAGE III: FINISHING TOUCHES

 

The Post-Construction Phase is where everything comes together as we complete:
 

  • Interior finishes

  • Landscaping

  • Move-in

  • Maintenance and warranty
