Sealan Homes is a Toronto-based, full-service custom home building company. Our founder, Dean Aronovici, understands that home building can be a long and daunting task, and seeks to provide a seamless and positive experience tailored to each of his clients.
Sealan Homes will let you be as hands-on or hands-off as you want in your home building experience. DEAN ARONOVICI – PRINCIPAL
Dean Aronovici is a home builder who has the ability to make your dream home a reality. Since a young age, he has had a knack for business, notably in sales, marketing and skilled analytical thinking.
Providing excellent client care with an eye for detail and design, he has succeeded in all his endeavours. Dean has always had an interest in finance and the economy. Having set his eye on real estate at a young age, he purchased, owned and managed several properties before his 30th birthday. Completing several courses at University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and obtaining his real estate broker licence has enabled him to keep informed and abreast of the new developments and trends in the Greater Toronto Area real estate market.
Dean currently builds luxury custom homes in midtown Toronto. His company, Sealan Homes, meets full-scope real estate and building needs from purchasing the desired lot to executing architectural drawings, engineering work, and final build. Ranging from kosher kitchens, state of the art recreation rooms and theatres, to indoor and outdoor living, Dean makes any client’s home vision a reality.
EDWARD B. – ENGINEER
Edward has been engineering homes and buildings for over 32 years. He has engineered 35-storey buildings across Europe, and residences in the Greater Toronto Area, serving Richmond Hill, Toronto and Thornhill as a staffed engineer for 30 years before joining Sealan Homes. His wealth of experience and knowledge make him an asset to our team. He provides onsite supervision, planning and project management including purchase agreement administration. His knowledge of city by-laws, construction codes, grading and zoning helps our clients know exactly what possibilities are available for their build.
With over 30 years of architectural experience, locally and internationally, in residential and commercial construction, Polina creates your vision on paper. With her expertise and friendly demeanor, she will make the architectural experience a pleasure as you work together to design your custom home. She has created over 700 homes and brings knowledge of structure and functionality along with her passion into all her projects.
